By enrolling in the StayTrue™ Loyalty Rewards Program (the "Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). TrueStay™ Hotels Inc. ("TrueStay™," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time with or without notice.
1. Membership Eligibility
